Plan Approach
The PRDM establishes the foundation for public realm planning by:
- Identifying the context of public realm planning
- Providing guiding statements for all public realm development
- Illustrating concepts for community-wide public realm systems
- Outlining recommendations for achieving the vision, principles and policies of the PRDM
The main purpose of Part I is to designate a clear path to public realm development. Part II of the PRDM expands on this basis for planning.
